Two programs are available:

ACE Complete ($2,500 to $150,000 annual premium)

ACE CompSecure ($150,000 to $1M annual premium)

Program Overview

All policies are written on a guaranteed costs basis

Limitations:

Ex Mod factor must be between .700 and 1.300
Maximum seven states per policy
Minimum premium for Contractors, Trucking and Security Guards is $10,000
Other restrictions may apply depending on class code - contact your IFN representative for more information

Completed and signed Acord application with FEIN and full description of applicant's business and operation

Completed supplemental questionnaire

Four years of payroll and premium history (by year)

Four years current valued carrier loss runs (dated within 90 days of effective date)

Details of any claims over $20,000, with a description of insured's actions to avoid/reduce future losses of a similar nature

Copy of the current Ex Mod worksheet for the applicant

Bureau Inspection Report if available
