Program Overview

Basic Accidental Death & Dismemberment

Covers Insured employees for injuries caused by accidents, on or off the job 24x7x365.
Provides for maximum benefits of $15,000, $25,000, $50,000 depending on the coverage amount chosen.

Business Travel Accident Insurance

Covers insured employees 24-hours a day, 365 a year for injuries caused by accident that occur while traveling on business of the policyholder, for injuries sustained while traveling to and from an employee’s residence to regular place of employment and for occupational violent crime (except as limited on the policy)
Covers exposure and disappearance, subject to the terms and conditions of the policy.
Provides maximum benefits of $100,000, $200,000, or $300,000 depending on the coverage amount chosen.

Vision Insurance

Covers employees for one vision examination per year, and for frame and eyeglass lenses or contact lenses.
Covered employees use providers in the NVA network and can receive lower benefits if they do not.
