Program Overview
Premium range is a maximum of $300,000 EAP.
This is a multi state program, and Clarendon will write in all other states except ND, OH, WA, WV, and WY. California is the primary state. Out of states exposure cannot exceed 40% of total written premium.
Limitations:
- Ex Mod must be under 1.45
- No more that 100 employees per location
- Loss ratio cannot exceed 55%
- Other restrictions may apply depending upon class code

- Inclusive of Landscaping and Light to Medium Contracting
- Multi-State Exposures Accepted when the Majority of the Risk Resides in California
- Guaranteed Cost
- Emphasis on Small, Midsize, and Some Large Accounts
- Loss Ratio Emphasis is 45% or Better Over the Last Four Years
- No Underwriting Discretion

- 4 Years Currently Valued Loss Runs
- Details on Losses in Excess of $20,000
- 4 Years of Payroll History
- 4 Years of Premium History
- The Number of Employees by Location (cannot exceed 100 employees per location)

- Maximum Height Worked and Equipment Used
- Coverage Cannot be Backdated
