Program Overview

All forms of commercial property business are written, from the small commercial risks like bars, restaurants, auto body shops, rental dwellings, light industrial risks, renovation and course of construction risks up to the bigger commercial risks like multi building apartment and condominium complexes, real estate schedule’s and large industrial risks.

Mono-line Earthquake, Flood and Wind business will also be considered as well as volatile types of risks such as wood and metal workers and plastics.

This market has in-house facility of $17,500,000. any one risk.  In addition to the in-house facility they have access to a market facility offering up to $200,000,000. in limits. 

This market is also interested in High Valued Homeowners and can include the homeowners’ liability.  We have limit of up to $20,000,000. for Dwelling plus other coverages including up to $2,000,000. for Homeowners’ Liability.  As a guideline, we consider high valued homes to be $1,000,000. and above.
