Carrier Updates ........

AIG - 35 new work comp class codes have be added to the target list. Also, current policy holders now have the option to sign up for EIPP (Electronic Invoice Presentment and Payment) which allows them to receive, review and pay invoices online. Click Here to see instructions or go to www.aigswc.com and look for the EIPP link

CNA - 900 new class codes have been added to the target list for small business and commercial package policies. CNA continues to have competitive pricing and one of the best policy forms in the industry. Send us an application and let us get you a quote!

Employers Compensation - We are excited about this new market that we began writing with in November. Pricing is very competitive especially with their integrated work comp/health care product through Blue Cross.

National Liability & Fire - NLF continues to open additional target class codes and be very competitive in the pricing of policies (before placing business elsewhere, make sure to talk to us - we can routinely get a quote from NLF that will beat all others).

Zenith - IFNIS can now obtain quotes on accounts up to $75,000 in premium. Also, class codes 8810 and 8742 are now available on the target class code list.

Zurich - a phenomenal Builder's Risk policy continues to be the hot product. Send us your applications which we can rate and quote online.

Underwriting Corner by Linda Bartolome

Our Work Comp program continues to do well and we thank you for your support. We hope the current markets we have available will help you write more accounts with us. To recap, our Comp markets are: ACE, AIG, Clarendon, Employers Compensation, National Liability & Fire and Zenith. Our submission requirements and most current edition of any supplemental applications are available from our website. We have actually created a single supplemental application that can be used for most of the carriers - Click Here to download.

Speaking of Workers' Compensation - Did you know that we are one of the very few brokers in the country who can write Work Comp coverage for risks with US L&H exposure through AIG? Call us or visit our website to find out more.

Do not forget about our other products - Commercial Package including Auto and D&O/E&O with CNA, our most famous Builders Risk with Zurich, Accident & Health, Umbrella and International coverages with AIG, stand alone Earthquake/Flood/Wind coverage and high-valued Homeowners with Lloyds of London and much much more.

One last item that is important - All our carriers are AM Best Rated "A" or better. That is the beauty of it all. Let's make a deal that you will not turn down a risk without calling us or checking our website first!

Monies? No monies = No coverage!

Remember - we require deposit payment within 5 days from the effective date in order to guarantee binding.

For AIG and Zenith accounts, the check should be made payable to the carrier and mailed directly to them.

To expedite your deposit payment for NLF coverage, we encourage you to use our Check By Fax (CBF). This form is only available for NLF policies and should be sent in to IFNIS. If you send CBF before 2 pm, money will be posted on the same day.

However, if you want to use CBF for an installment payment on an NLF policy, we strongly recommend you to fax it directly to the program administrator - AARIS. By doing that, you can avoid any cancellation and late fees as long you fax it in a timely manner.

You can download IFNIS CBF and AARIS CBF from our website.

Reminder - As part of IFNIS' procedures, we do not accept any Premium Finance checks. Please have the Premium Finance Company make a check payable to your agency and issue us a check from your trust account.

Lastly, we believe most of you know that IFNIS sends out commission checks on the 15th every month. Please be aware that some of our carriers may send us their commission statements late and as a result your commission may not be paid until the 15th of the following month.
